One Plant, From Pattern to Inspection
Casting, heat treatment, machining and inspection run under one roof — so material, dimensions and release evidence stay under our control from the first melt to the export crate.
- Four in-house casting routes: green sand, shell moulding, lost foam and investment casting
- In-house heat treatment, machining and inspection with traceable records
- Since 1986 — 720+ employees and 52 R&D engineers
- 180,000 m² production plant
We Answer Them Before You Ask
Straight answers to the questions procurement teams check on a first visit.
How do I know the quality stays consistent?
Material grades, inspection records and release evidence are agreed before production for every order. Material certificates, dimensional inspection reports, hardness records and visual inspection records can ship with the order as specified.
How can I verify you are a real foundry?
An integrated plant since 1986 with four in-house casting routes, heat treatment, machining and inspection under one roof. Plant address, production data and process details are confirmed during review, and factory visits or third-party audits can be arranged.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Inspection scope, acceptance criteria and release documents are defined before production, and third-party inspection can be arranged when specified. Any non-conformance is addressed with corrective action and replacement per the agreed terms.
Inspection Evidence Agreed Before Production
Material grades and release documents are confirmed in the order — not improvised at delivery.
High-Manganese Steel
Work-hardening under impact — jaw plates, mantles, concaves and hammers.
High-Chromium Cast Iron
High abrasion resistance for blow bars and impact wear parts.
Alloy Steel
Structural castings, housings and machined components.
Ductile Iron
Strength with machinability for frames and housings.
Release evidence
Material certificates, dimensional & hardness records, visual inspection — plus third-party inspection when specified.

Our customer base spans quarries, crusher equipment OEMs and parts distributors across key mining and construction markets.
Quarry & aggregate producers
Limestone, granite and construction aggregate operations that consume the full wear-part range — jaws, mantles, concaves, blow bars, hammers and liners.
Crusher equipment OEMs
Non-tier-one crusher and mobile plant builders sourcing OEM / private-label castings with stable dimensions, material consistency and dependable lead times.
Distributors & traders
Parts specialists ordering multiple models and categories in one shipment — bucket teeth and crusher wear parts together, with consistent supply.
Markets served include Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America, Russia and Australia — direct, OEM and distributor supply models.
One Project, Not a Box of Parts
Every inquiry is read as a technical requirement — geometry, material, process and inspection are reviewed together before price and delivery are confirmed.
Drawing & Sample Review
Start with a drawing, 3D model, part number or sample. We identify the geometry, material family and process route, and ask for only the details that are actually missing.
Material & Process Selection
High-manganese steel, high-chromium cast iron, alloy steel and ductile iron, produced across four in-house casting routes — selected against your working conditions, not a menu.
Inspection & Delivery
Material verification, dimensional inspection, hardness checks and export packing are planned before production, so the release evidence matches what your procurement team needs.
Four Casting Routes, Four Material Families
Green sand, shell moulding, lost foam and investment casting cover parts from small precision components to large wear castings.
Green Sand Casting
The workhorse route for medium and large castings at competitive cost. Wide size and material range, fast tooling.
Read process details →Shell Moulding
Resin-coated sand shells give better surface finish and dimensional consistency for repeatable series production.
Read process details →Lost Foam Casting
Near-net-shape casting with complex geometry, generous draft freedom and reduced machining stock.
Read process details →Investment Casting
Highest precision and surface finish in the family, suited to smaller components with tight tolerances.
